What was the vision?

Being at the top of their game and never settling for mediocrity, Preston Baker knew they needed a branding and website partner who could match their ambition and drive. To transform and elevate their business to new heights, they turned to PropertyStream. 

Preston Baker wanted to bolt down their  brand positioning through compelling words and a visual identity to appeal to wider audiences. Their goal was to cement their position as a regional stronghold in the North while building national momentum. The project required a brand that stood out, resonated with diverse audiences, and embodied their mission to expand. They also needed a powerful new website to reflect their ambition and distinct approach. 

The website needed to clearly showcase their identity, simplify navigation, and drive lead generation while capturing their innovative “One agent, one focus” model.

What were the challenges?

Balancing tradition with modernity was key. Preston Baker wanted to retain a nod to their roots while making a bold statement to stand out in a crowded marketplace. Additionally, their website had to simplify navigation, seamlessly integrate with their bespoke CRM, and cater to diverse audiences—from residential sellers to future Associates—all while driving lead generation and conversion.

Crafting a bold approach

We delivered a standout brand and website transformation:

Brand

Following a brand workshop, we produced three distinct creative concepts. The team at Preston Baker liked them all, but after internal discussions, settled for a route that took the brand in a new, bold direction. We created a striking logo which is a stand-alone word mark, that portrays confidence.We used bold typography, and a refreshed pink colour palette that stemmed from their original red. Graphic diamond and circle motifs were used to unify imagery and stats giving the brand a unique look and feel that gives flexibility for brand applications including For Sale boards, social media graphics, email marketing, website and much more.

Preston Baker’s rebrand is turning heads, perfectly encapsulating the company’s bold vision. The new website, powered by our SignaturePlus platform, integrates seamlessly with their bespoke CRM, Greenhouse, enabling near real-time updates for agent profiles, property listings, and lead forms. This ensures a frictionless user experience with data flowing directly into their CRM system, streamlining processes.

The website features strategic CTAs, property banner ads, and tools like valuation and investment calculators, all driving lead generation and user engagement. A standout element is the agent-focused pages, which showcase Preston Baker’s Associates with custom videos, dynamic stats, and the clear “One agent, one focus” message. Unique design elements, including diamond-shaped icons and preview videos, make a lasting impression.
