Curchod & Co, a dynamic Chartered Surveyor and Commercial Agent, offers a wide range of RICS-accredited property services across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and the South West M25 region. Following their merger with London Clancy in 2021, they’ve expanded their expertise, boasting a team of highly skilled agents and surveyors.
The brief
Our client needed to step-change their online profile and commissioned PropertyStream to design and develop a new commercial agency website, transforming their digital presence to better serve clients with their comprehensive commercial property knowledge and services.
With multiple branches across Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire, our client required a modern commercial agent website that effectively segmented its diverse clientele—from large corporations to small business owners. It also needed to clearly show their significant regional footprint with cohesive branch pages and interactive maps for all their areas.
The site needed to showcase their full range of RICS-accredited services and target different audiences. We agreed the tone for the copywriting was to be professional throughout with an authoritative, yet approachable voice, reflective of both their expertise and modern approach to commercial property services.
What challenges did we face?
Curchod & Co's website needed to reflect their status as the largest commercial agency outside of London. The challenge was to present this "one-stop-shop" capability without overwhelming users or diluting the brand's authority in any given area.
With a unique network of offices providing a deep, on-the-ground understanding of regional markets, the site had to communicate their unmatched local expertise clearly. Our approach
We created a dynamic website that clearly addressed Curchod & Co's customer segmentation, featuring dedicated pages for each service area—such as Commercial Property Agency, Block Property Management, Lease Renewal and Commercial Property Investment—tailored to both property owners and business clients. To ensure comprehensive coverage, we developed localised pages for each branch, including Weybridge, Basingstoke, Camberley, Farnham, Winchester, and Woking. The content strategy included user-friendly navigation and design that reflected Curchod & Co's modern and authoritative brand, while enhancing visibility and engagement.
The result
The newly designed website for Curchod & Co has modernised their digital presence, elevating their brand in a competitive UK commercial property market and ensuring future relevance. We integrated a smart property search tool, allowing users to filter by property type (Offices, Retail, Industrial, etc.), tenure, location, size, and radius, enhancing user experience. Informative, intuitive pages were created for each service including a comprehensive acquisition listings section, and detailed case studies showcasing their commercial agency expertise.
Each office location now has a dedicated page with a "Meet the Team" section, and performance stats (properties on the market, under management, and completions). Strategic "Get in Touch" CTAs throughout the website enhance lead generation, driving enquiries and client engagement. A welcoming "About Us" page introduces the team and tells their story, while considered copywriting helps articulate core values, aligning the brand with its target audience.
Additional features include a charity and community work section, a "Careers" page with current vacancies, and a "News" page for updates on the company and the UK commercial property sector. The site is now a valuable resource for clients and potential customers for commercial agency services, combining professionalism with a modern, approachable style.
