The challenge
Ellis & Co have done exceptionally well throughout their journey but exponential growth has meant that the marketing plan has fallen out of sync with the performance of the company. Where the company used to only operate from prestigious locations, these areas have been watered down through acquisition. Their high-calibre service wasn’t represented by their brand identity or website; so it needed a change.
The brief
London indisputably moves at a faster pace than the rest of the country. Ellis & Co needed a website that revolutionised London property. One that utilised cutting-edge functionality to propel them forward as the industry leader. In a way that allows them to compete with the city’s big boys comfortably.
Our approach
We needed to create a modern, eye-catching design to captivate the attention of the typical London commuter crowd. We redesigned the site keeping the feel sophisticated, stylish and modern. As well as integrating innovative search and lead generation technology, we had to streamline the customer journey. To do so, we needed to declutter the pages, making them easy to navigate and engaging.
Application
Attacking the brief head on, we delivered one of the most advanced websites in the property industry. Its multiple search options set it apart from competitor sites. To add extra flair to the site, we commissioned world-renowned time-lapse videographer, Chad Higgins. This modern technique allows us to help the client visualise the local area and imagine them in the area, all from the comfort of their own home. It is trendy features like this that sets Ellis & Co apart from the competition.
