Winners of Website of the Year at The Negotiator Awards 2021 – we designed, built and created this award winning website for Foundation Estate Agent in East Kent. Judged the BEST estate agency website in the UK, we are pleased as punch and thrilled for our wonderful clients Robert and Josie Fletcher of Foundation Estate Agents.
We’ve always known we create the best estate agency websites in the country. To have one of our clients receive the official accolade at one of the property industry’s most prestigious award ceremonies is a fantastic recognition.
The brief from our client
Robert Fletcher and his wife Josie came to us with a brief to upgrade their existing brand and build a new website to reflect their reputation for excellence.
The brief was to design and build a website that looked beautiful and embraced the latest technology to drive the business forward. Foundation Estate Agent, a family run, multi award winning estate agent with a reputation for outstanding property marketing and customer service, needed to upgrade to a website that elegantly showed off the agent’s values, properties and marketing assets.
Our approach
The new branding and subsequent website was designed to lift the brand and create a sophisticated brand identity within the market whilst expressing the values and story behind the company in a warm and welcoming manner. The new logo was designed to represent the foundations of the company and the growing aspirations.
Foundation offers stunning and immersive property marketing for each and every property they list so we wanted to make sure that virtual tours, property videos and property imagery were all easily accessible and displayed in a striking way.
It was crucial that the website represented how the company had modernised and moved with the times, incorporating the latest technology and exceptional functionality for users. The use of video to express both company services and properties was to be used as well the ability to book viewings and valuations online.
Customer service is central to everything at Foundation, so we needed to make sure this came through in both the copy and visual display by pulling through customer reviews.
Driving valuations and enquiries is always prioritised using our experienced UX design, optimal forms and placements of strong CTA throughout the site in order to create a website with strong ROI.
Award winning results
The result is a website that has been voted Website of the Year in The Negotiator Awards 2021. A stunning website with exceptional functionality.
The sitemap was created using optimal UX design and placements of forms and CTAs in positions where they most convert. Valuation bookings, viewing bookings and get in touch forms are now easily trackable for the client to ensure the website delivers a strong ROI. The company is already seeing an uplift in business coming directly from the website.
Through carefully written copy, image selection and functionality the website is now a true reflection of the new brand identity behind Foundation and the quality of services they offer customers throughout East Kent.
