Peter Greatorex Unique Homes wanted a sophisticated brand refresh and website to reflect the bespoke, high-end nature of his estate agency. With a reputation built on decades of expertise and premium service across Bath, Bristol and Somerset, he needed a visual identity and digital presence that felt confident, contemporary, and unmistakably elegant.
Challenges
We needed to strike the perfect balance between minimalism and personality. The branding had to appeal to discerning property owners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the mid to upper market while remaining warm and approachable. The website needed to showcase outstanding video content, luxury properties, and Peter’s personal, detail-driven approach—without ever feeling cluttered.
Our approach
We created a brand that feels timeless and tailored. “We chose a typeface that’s modern and sophisticated, paired with a palette of layered beige tones to echo the elegance of Bath’s architecture,” explains our lead designer. “The logo features a refined PG monogram that can be used on its own - subtle, stylish and confident.”
The website was crafted to be clean, calm, and effortlessly high-end. White space allows the property photography and bespoke video content to shine. Inspired by minimalist editorial design, the site draws focus to what matters most: the exceptional homes and superior service of Peter Greatorex.
