Redwing Living

Offering private rented properties and shared ownership across Liverpool and the North West.

The brief

In 1844, a fire started in the Phoenix Foundry, where Redwing Living is based. The intervention of 60 seamen from HMS Redwing saved the foundry. We were challenged to design a look to reflect the name ‘Redwing Living’ and bring their history to life, whilst still appealing to their target market.

"We wanted to create something that represents the freedom of a bird whilst still reflecting control. "

The solution

The chosen colour palette consists of warm glows of red and brown to signify both the name and energy of the company. The end result was a brand with a more commercial edge than traditionally used in the sector. Redwing Living has now expanded and is managing over 2,000 homes and retirement properties across the North West.
