Known for its successful Seymours Partner model and local expertise since 1992, they offer services for property sales, lettings, land, new homes and prestigious properties in over 20 Home Counties locations. With more medals than most, Seymours was crowned overall Best UK Lettings Agent at the EA Masters in 2024, as well as rated Exceptional in the Best Estate Agent Guide for Sales.
To support their expansive reach and services, Seymours sought a digital transformation that would unify their presence and elevate their brand.

Bringing this ambitious project to life involved a range of complex challenges. Merging multiple Seymours sites into one central platform required a detailed, well-thought-out strategy that considered the unique requirements of each Seymours branch and the different audiences they serve. Every detail, from SEO migrations to user journey mapping, needed precise coordination to avoid any loss of functionality or authority.
Speed was also a major consideration. Seymours’ new site needed to achieve lightning-fast load times across all pages. This involved a multi-server setup, innovative caching, and advanced technology such as Gatsby and Cloudflare to ensure swift response times and a seamless experience for visitors.
Further, the need for flexible, user-friendly content management required a solution that enabled Seymours’ team to personalise and adapt pages easily. With so many brands and branches under one roof, this was crucial in allowing each location and service to stand out while maintaining Seymours’ overarching brand identity.
To meet these challenges, we employed a strategic approach that combined cutting-edge technology, thoughtful design and a collaborative approach to the project. Our successful partnership with Seymours’ skilled team, led by Ian Marlow, along with our Senior Project Manager Paula Greenwood and Digital Director Eddy Bennett, was key to navigating the ambitious brief. Together, we worked through complex challenges and fine-tuned every element, integrating a wide array of third-party plugins and prop-tech tools. The result is a dynamic, user-focused website that enhances Seymours' brand and seamlessly caters to all aspects of their multifaceted business.
